To ensure our gowns remain in pristine condition for our brides, we kindly ask that shoes not be worn inside the store. If you are unable to remove your shoes due to age or medical conditions, please let us know. Additionally, to prevent any accidental spills or stains, we ask that no coffee,  beverages other than water, or food be brought into the store. 

Furthermore, to maintain a seamless flow of appointments and provide each of our brides with the utmost attention, we kindly request your punctuality. If you are delayed by more than 20 minutes for your scheduled appointment, we will be unable to accommodate your fitting and kindly ask you to reschedule for another date.
